I am so I'm pressed with him, to where it is hard to have anyone else assist me. Then it really blew my mind when I came in Friday late 2/16/2016 to have service rep service my car per appointment. There was a gentleman that assisted me. His name is Mike. He not only asked me what the problem was with my car. I proceeded to tell him. Young man Mike worked on it his self. Now keep in mind I was late getting there. This young man impressed me so much that I had tears in my eyes, because I was so thankful. I realized you still have wonderful people in this big world. Proud customer I have been coming to Orange Buick for over 20 years. I have never purchased a car from them as they did not have what I wanted. However I have purchased Buick's and have them serviced only at this dealership. I am treated like a family member. Sure I have had long times to get my car fixed. The reason that I go here in I want the crew to find something wrong with my car or my wife's. They have saved the life of my wife on their safety issue. Notice-They do not make false claim on needed repair. Always bee truthful to me. The last time I was looking for a car,, the had a bunch with "moon roof's" and I did not want that. I purchased a used, one owner 2005 Buick lacrosse, purchased at Orange Buick and serviced there. Great deal, low mileage and mint condition. I live about 30 miles from the dealership and upon driving purchased at Orange Buick and serviced there. Great deal, low mileage and mint condition. I live about 30 miles from the dealership and upon driving it home, in that 30 mile window the transmission started "shuttering" when shifting from first to second. (Saturday) The next day I opened the driver’s door and the handle feel off. (Sunday). Upon researching the "shuttering transmission" gm was aware of this problem. I had a meeting with service manager “Curt” and he wasn’t at first aware of a shuttering transmission problem, but when I showed him the bulletin he became aware and new the problem existed. He said then he could fix it but the problem would come back and told me to keep my money, not worth fixing since the problem will come back. I requested the service history and the original owner had the same problems in for service and never repaired because of no codes in computer. This car also experienced stalling problems with no codes and reported to Orange Buick service dept and never repaired that either. I purchased the total care package when I purchased the vehicle and the transmission is now repaired at a different dealer and out of pocket cost of $400 dollars. The car still randomly stalls (creating a very dangerous situation) I have taken it to other Buick dealers for repair and they cant find the problem either. I went to a non Buick dealer with many years of expertise and very reputable and after showing “them” the vehicle history from Orange Buick, he states its the worst repair history he has ever seen on a GM car in over 30 plus years of servicing GM vehicles. I purchased this car from Orange Buick, and has been in the shop an average once a month since then. This car only had 47000 miles on it when I purchased it. I really like Buick, but this is the worst car for repair and reliability, I have ever owned, and doubt I will ever purchase another Buick and surely can not recommend Orange Buick service department. Even the original owner got taken, not fixing the original problems and I inherited them. At a great expense to me, and has become a total waste of my time and money. More
I brought my car in for a simple 30k mile service and I ended up getting a new car. Both Bill Murdock, in the service center and Steve Williams, salesman, were great to work with. I had to take my car in for two separate issues; a wheel replacement and body work. I was concerned about the cost of a rental car for the days the body work would take. Upon speaking to Thomas Santiago in Service about the wheel replacement, he said to just bring the car to him, he would take it over to the body shop and when they were done he would replace the wheel. I asked him how that would work, he said he would take care of everything. To my surprise that included a loaner car. I think he went above and beyond to assist me, which really saved me time and money in personally renting a car. From day one, the first day I called Orange Buick to inquire about the purchase of a new car, until now...some three months later...I'm still treated like Royalty at this dealership. Everyone is professional, honest and sincere. I would recommend this dealership without reservation. They absolutely understand perfect client relationships...Kudos to the whole team. I am delighted with my new car and the Orange Buick Team that continues to impress me with their superb customer service. Thanks Tom for being a man of your word and so professional. More
