When I pulled in, the outside desk person asked a couple of questions, I answered him and it just so happened that the person we needed to see for the job was in sight. He called her over with her tool in hand and she got right to it. The whole operation took about ten minutes or less and I was out. Didn`t even have to go into the office! Not all of my experiences have been this fast, nor have all been tens, but most have been pleasurable. The lounge area with a big screen tv is comfortable, the lunch area along with a complimentary lunch and tv, and a wi-fi room for your laptop and tablet use is great. Thanks, Orange Buick Mr. H. I only use them for service on my Acadia. I trust my service writer, Bill Murdock. If he recommends work, I know it is needed. He is very professional and cares about his customers. This visit I also had my vehicle detailed. They did a great job, I am pleased. I have one area that has been a problem and this is a GMC problem, not the service area. The trim on my seats is faulty and GMC apparently has not been able to correct the problem. It has been replaced and the same thing happens. It comes apart. One last note, when I call to speak to my service writer, I would like to be able to reach him without going through a screening. More
