My brother and I have bought many vehicles from Orange B Robert Cicero rescued me from Auto Nation Chevy, the dealership next door, about a year ago. My brother and I have bought many vehicles from Orange Buick/GMC over the years, but I made the mistake of purchasing this 2015 Chevy truck from Auto Nation 1n 2015. Last year they held my vehicle "hostage" for over 6 weeks insisting that it had been struck by lightening and wanted $4,000 to replace a software module. My insurance company and the national weather service both agreed that it was impossible, but the dealer and corporate GM refused to change their position. I finally had the vehicle towed to your shop and they fixed it the same day and it was covered under warranty !!!. One of the software modules had failed and guess where your shop got the part - next door at Auto Nation Chevrolet. Your dealership and Robert Cicero are the greatest! I recommend them to everyone that I meet!!!! There's a reason that your dealership has been around for so long. Thanks!!!!! More

Worse experience w any dealership I have been in the automotive and insurance claims industry for over 12 years. I moved to the Orlando area less then a year ago. Someone else hit my t I have been in the automotive and insurance claims industry for over 12 years. I moved to the Orlando area less then a year ago. Someone else hit my truck. So I went to a GMC dealership since I have a 2017 GMC. There is no chance I would ever recommend anyone to go to this dealership for body or service work. There were so many issues.... 1. It took over 3 weeks to get my truck fixed. 2. The representative that started to help me quit and I was never called and updated on my truck I had to call multiple times just to get a response. 3. The work that was done to my truck was a C- level work at best! I worked at a dealership so I know what I am actually looking for. 4. The management told me I could not take my own truck until I paid the balance that insurance had to pay. So my truck after 3 weeks cost me additional $250 because the staff didn’t do there job and fight for the customer. 5. I had to point out bubbles, body lines didnt line up (2 different times I pointed them out) I will end taking my truck to another GMC Dealership that has quality team to fix what is still not lining up correctly. And I will send this bill to this dealership and hopefully they pay that. More

Long wait, but good. I called before I came to the service center. I was told a 25 point inspection would be free because it wasn't any specific thing on my vehicle that n I called before I came to the service center. I was just bringing my car to be looked at since I will be heading back to Georgia. I wanted it to be a smooth ride. I got to the service station, and I was greeted by very nice women and helped by a nice gentleman named Matt. That is when I repeated what I was getting done and ge mention $80 something dollars. I was confused since I was told it was free. He was very understanding, but I want it to be known I was lied to. It wasn't necessary to lie to me just to get me up there because I would have paid the $80+ dollars. I just wanted honesty and them to honor their word. Maybe the assistant needs some updating so she stop giving false statements. Service was amazing. Just not fond of lying to get me there. More
