Service Experience I did have a complaint because I received battery Feb17 and was told unfortunately batteries don't last in Florida due to the weather but I do know ba I did have a complaint because I received battery Feb17 and was told unfortunately batteries don't last in Florida due to the weather but I do know batteries last more than a year in which I received the battery from your location. My car had an awful smell from the vacuum machine used and employees were aware before using the machine and to top it off my car was not even washed. I believe I received horrible service due to wanting to speak with a manager regarding the battery I received back in Feb and declining purchase of a new battery and tires. Thus far the worst experience I have had at your location. More

Work Completed I took my vehicle in for regular maintenance service and a couple other items recently. I would have given this place 5 stars, except for some confus I took my vehicle in for regular maintenance service and a couple other items recently. I would have given this place 5 stars, except for some confusion in communication at drop off which caused me to be late to work. At the end of the day, the service adviser apologized and we discussed how it will be handled the next time my vehicle needs to come in for a service issue. I recommend Orange Buick GMC, they are always professional. When they make a mistake, they will work to fix it to try and make you happy. More
