Only 2 issues. I had asked to have my car run through the carwash and it wasn't. Secondly I had told the representatice when I called for the appointment that I had I had asked to have my car run through the carwash and it wasn't. Secondly I had told the representatice when I called for the appointment that I had a lifetime oil change and when I went to pick up my car I was told the bill would be $79. When i asked what that was for I was told for the oil change. I had to tell him I had a lifetime oil change with you. After owning the car for 13 years this was the first time that has happened.
