very rude to customers not so friendly at all All because I walked in with out a mask. I'm a disable Vet , The person who was rude to me wasn't wearing a mask but a ski sc not so friendly at all All because I walked in with out a mask. I'm a disable Vet , The person who was rude to me wasn't wearing a mask but a ski scare which isn't a mask just to keep your face warm in the cold, This was the second time walking into service and just flat out rude guys. To bad the tech do a great job. I see the owner doesn't care either mold and trash all over the property. The dirtiest dealership I've ever been at all the cars are dirty and never been waxed. Can't believe GMC gave this guy a dealership must of been passed down from grandpa or something. More

Better Service than other Dealers I had a 2018 Chevy truck with a dead battery. Robert got me in quickly; while the Chevy dealership next door told me it would be 2 weeks before they c I had a 2018 Chevy truck with a dead battery. Robert got me in quickly; while the Chevy dealership next door told me it would be 2 weeks before they could see me. When you have a dead battery and you have to get "jump started" every time you stop, you have to have "that day" service. I take care of the servicing and repairs for 5 GM vehicles for family members. Guess who is getting my business and who isn't? I did have a little sticker shock with the cost of the battery, but everything is going up in price! More

Damage to my car and didn’t say anything I needed a warranty repair and took my vehicle to them, took hours and no one would say anything. The advisor stated that he was waiting on the techn I needed a warranty repair and took my vehicle to them, took hours and no one would say anything. The advisor stated that he was waiting on the technician to close the ticket.....but no other answers. Was trying to be patient but then found my car sitting at the exit. The advisor stated they would email me the final statement since it was a warranty issue. I got in the car with my 2 kids and discovered a long gash in the plastic piece that they removed to do the repair. The advisor was brought out to look at it and he told me “ I will order the part to repair it.” I have not received any communication from Orange GMC until I filled out a survey. I called once to check on the part, was told part was not in. I received a text from the advisor, after the survey, to say due to Covid they are not producing non-essential part and there is a delay in getting the part. I feel that if they would have been truthful in the dealership about the damage it would have been better. Things happen and I understand but to try and ignore the damage is inexcusable. More
