I had routine service including a multipoint inspection. 2 days later my rear wiper blade came apart. I felt it should have been identified initially so I returned to purchase a new blade. I am giving a good review because Robert is always a pleasure, but I am not pleased that my problem wasn't diagnosed the first time which could have easily been rectified. My service tech, Jennifer was great. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and I was able to drive home until the parts arrived later that day. For the past several services at Orange, Philips, Denny Len and Don Mealey I complained about the transmission shifting hard and every time I was told that the "Service Manager" test drove the truck and fo Len and Don Mealey I complained about the transmission shifting hard and every time I was told that the "Service Manager" test drove the truck and found no issues. I explained that it was more pronounced once the transmission came up to operating temp. This service I had the transmission fluid and filter changed and guess what...the shifting problems went away and it shifts like normal...imagine that! BTW, the GMC "Service & Maintenance" severe schedule (pg 374) recommends changing the fluid and filter at 45K, I have 70K on the truck. It might be a good idea to look at your own recommended maintenance schedule. More

Normally i have only provided 5 star rating when Jake was my Service Manager, after he retired I have had three others Ian was great but had departed, the other on was less than desirable and Nelson did not my Service Manager, after he retired I have had three others Ian was great but had departed, the other on was less than desirable and Nelson did not do his homework when it came to reviewing what was required maintenance on my vehicle. I had the transmission recall which flushed and took care of that service at the 70K mark and just had the cabin filter replaced. Jake always knew what was accomplished with my vehicle as I have all the maintenance accomplished at your service department. I expect my service manager to tell me what my vehicle need and had researched what had been done before coming to me. I will continue to come there but am switching to Robert who I know will provide me with the best Service just like Jake had! It is very hard when one had the Best and then have to compare. Robert seems to be in the same lines as Jake and I will stick with Robert More
