Brought my new GMC Terrain in for service, first time they missed my mileage accountability, second time three hours for oil change with appointment, third time got home put car in garage found oil on th they missed my mileage accountability, second time three hours for oil change with appointment, third time got home put car in garage found oil on the floor where I park. Great service. Friendly staff. One suggestion, need to work on appointment scheduling times. I had appt for oil change and tire balance / rotation. Took over 1.5 hours to complete. I started to experience a slow-cranking battery problem on my Buick Lacrosse and was able to schedule a service appointment only 1 hour after I called. Great service and new battery very quickly.
