Orange Buick was unable to pinpoint the cause of the engine light. For $173 there should have been at least a guarantee/warranty to prevent the engine light activation in the future. we took our 2020 sierra in for repair for the second time to get a leaking back window repaired UNDER WARRANTY. The first time, we made a appt 2 weeks in advance we got there and had to leave the truck all to get a leaking back window repaired UNDER WARRANTY. The first time, we made a appt 2 weeks in advance we got there and had to leave the truck all day and the parts were unavailable. I asked for a loaner vechicle and was told they did not have any. Two weeks later we got a call that the parts were in and to take the truck back, so we made the appt. I took the truck in to leave and i could not get anyone to follow me so yet again i ask about a loaner and was told no. Both times that i went there were other customers there at the same time who were being provided a loaner. The last time a lady was getting a oil change and her service rep came out to the waiting room and told her that she needed 2 tires but they had to be ordered and it would be a few hours, she said she would wait and the advisor told her no worries that they would get her a loaner. I proceeded to ask nelson again and was told no. I ask for a ride home from Orlando to Apopka because they said it would be all day. He said ok and when i ask if they could pick me up when it was completed, i was told i needed to figure something out for the afternoon. The driver was there and heard what happened and he was a very nice gentelman and on the ride home he told me to tell them when the truck was ready to get with him and he would be more then happy to pick me up. I revcived a call around 2:30 -3:00 that the truck was ready and ask if they could send the driver, which they did. I am just frustrated that with the 2 visits it was the same inconvience and after asking nelson i recieved the same respone even though other customers clearly had a different outcome regarding loaner vechiles. Hopefully I never have to take the truck back in for service and if i do, i will try to go to another dealer. More
I came to pick up my car yesterday and it was not properly repaired. Apparently, the wrong part for the year of my car was ordered. The car was detailed and presumably passed other quality inspection properly repaired. Apparently, the wrong part for the year of my car was ordered. It was a total inconvenience and I honestly do not have faith in the workmanship of this repair shop. The staff was nice and helpful, but the work was shoddy. More

My issue was a quick fix, but they were busy when I came in and I was told it would be 1.5 hours. My customer service rep, Glenn, told me he's try to get it done quicker and he did. Even though the customer service was good, I had to wait about a month to get my car fixed. After spending $3000 I had to bring my car back because it said my engine was running hot.
