Dropped my car off Friday for oil change was promised pick up Saturday. Had to call Saturday to be told They had a power outage and my car would not be done until Monday. I been going to this dealership for 5 years, I put my trust in them that they would keep my vehicle maintained, turns out I was wrong, they let my transmission go out by not requesting I have a transmiss trust in them that they would keep my vehicle maintained, turns out I was wrong, they let my transmission go out by not requesting I have a transmission flush, I’m not a mechanic, that’s why I went to dealership top of the line service, so I thought, now I have to pay somebody almost 5,000 for a new transmission, cause the dealership wanna charge me 7,000, all because I never had my transmission flushed, won’t be going back there every again. More
