Purchased $48,000 Yukon with message on dash indicating key fob battery low. Salesman said it’s just the battery. Replaced the battery when we got home an hour and a half away only to learn the fob it key fob battery low. Salesman said it’s just the battery. Made a phone call to salesman and sales manager and was told if it wasn’t the battery then they weren’t willing to do anything about it, sorry. Robert also tried to scam me out of my trade tax savings. He thought he would apply the savings to the trade value to make the trade in amount look higher than it was. Sorry Robert, your greasy trick didn’t work. We called you out and got our way. I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future. More

I have purchased 4 vehicles here. I worked a deal 2 months ago and they told me to go empty my truck and come back for my new Yukon. When I was home getting ready to trade in . The sa I worked a deal 2 months ago and they told me to go empty my truck and come back for my new Yukon. When I was home getting ready to trade in . The salesman called and said the Yukon they worked the deal on was already sold to someone else. I ordered a new Yukon and it arrived 2 weeks ago but they had no transportation to get it to the dealer. I told the salesman to call one of their contracted wrecker service and pay 100 dollars and get my Yukon to me. Well the sales manager was too cheap to spend 100 dollars when they were probably making about 4 grand profit on this $72 grand vehicle. Salesman told me it would arrive Monday. Monday came and went. Tuesday came and went. Wednesday they sent me a picture of the Yukon and said come get your Yukon. I simply replied and said that is your Yukon not mine. I ordered another Yukon from another dealer. They lost me as a customer. I use to service all my vehicles there but looks like I am a new customer of Fountain GMC now. Never buy a car here, they don’t care about loyalty. More

Service manager was rude. 3 hrs after drop off no diagnostic. Had to call and ask what was going on with my car. After paying $2000 for repairs now my Denali is making a noise 3 hrs after drop off no diagnostic. Had to call and ask what was going on with my car.
