Went in for a tire patch. They wouldn’t patch which is fine but they advised they would follow up with me to find me a tire. The factory tire has been discontinued. However, the dealership never followed up with me and found a tire as they advised and instead I had to search for a week to find a replacement tire and get my truck back on the road. Terrible follow-up and customer service. Would not recommend. More

Poor communication. Car is in need of repairs again 2 weeks after initial service. Car was not cared for.
