Dropped my vehicle the morning after hurricane Nicole. Minimal to no communication from the service department but later found out they were without power for 75% of the day. They still completed all the Minimal to no communication from the service department but later found out they were without power for 75% of the day. They still completed all the work before the end of the day and gave additional discounts to make up for the wait. Highly recommend More

Went in for a tire patch. They wouldn’t patch which is fine but they advised they would follow up with me to find me a tire. The factory tire has been discontinued. However, the dealership never followed up with me and found a tire as they advised and instead I had to search for a week to find a replacement tire and get my truck back on the road. Terrible follow-up and customer service. Would not recommend. More
