We bought a vehicle from them in 2017 and it has been a great vehicle, We trusted them and bought an SUV from them late last summer. When we test drove it it made a thumping noise at very slow speed when m great vehicle, We trusted them and bought an SUV from them late last summer. When we test drove it it made a thumping noise at very slow speed when making a sharp turn. The salesman told us that was common to all AWD vehicles. We never had one so didn't know. It gradually got worse. Turns out it is the rear differential and the car is now in the shop for just under $3,000 in repairs. They knowingly sold us a car with severe issues. More
