This is the 3rd buick we have bought. Have always had a great experience when we buy a new buick. Not very pleased with the service department. This is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Orange Buick GMC and I am very happy with their sales department, particularly Andre. Right now we are still having trouble getting things fixed on t Orange Buick GMC and I am very happy with their sales department, particularly Andre. Right now we are still having trouble getting things fixed on the new vehicle that were supposed to have been corrected during our first post purchase visit that were not corrected. When I was contacted to see how satisfied I was with the service, I told the person that the problem was not corrected and I was told someone would be contacting me back. No one has contacted my wife or I back yet. More
