Originally I had been talking to Allison for about two weeks because i was coming from out of town and I was driving about 6 hours to get there. I didn't know until i got to the dealership that morning th weeks because i was coming from out of town and I was driving about 6 hours to get there. I didn't know until i got to the dealership that morning that Allison was at a call center. She had scheduled an appointment for me with Ms. Marrissa at the dealership but when I came in she wasn't even there. So I guess that they hooked me up with Seth.I believe that Seth told me that Marrissa was on a cruise, so they set me up with him. Seth was a nice person but he could not answer some questions that i had about the vehicle that I came to buy. I even showed somethings about the vehicle. I'm not really sure who Roger is?Daniel was the sales manager and he really wasn't very friendly and he wouldn't even answer all of my questions and had a look on his face as if i was wasting his time and it was early and hardly anybody was at the dealership. I'm a veteran so I have been a lot of places and dealt with a lot of dealerships and this one was definitely the worst experience that I had. The only reason that I went on with the deal is because I had been looking for that particular vehicle for months. I didn't want to order it because it was taking about 5 months or so. Seth was the only person to congratulate me on purchasing my new vehicle. The sales manager Daniel and the finance Salesperson Mike didn't say a word to me after I signed the documents. No congrats, no thank you, no hand shake. Etc... In my opinion that's very poor customer service. More

Communication from my service advisor was terrible. I had an oil change and transmission flush. I was told it would take 2 hours. About an hour into the service my advisor told me that they realized I had an oil change and transmission flush. I was told it would take 2 hours. About an hour into the service my advisor told me that they realized they didn’t have the filter for my transmission. She advised me that it would add 45min to an hour to the time. So 3 hours right? Wrong! It took a total of 7 1/2 hours and I was at the dealership the entire time waiting. At one point hours went by with no communication. Completely unacceptable! Obviously someone seriously dropped the ball and I was not given all the information. I have been going to this dealership for years. This is my second bad experience in the last year. More
