My truck broke down on Saturday morning at 7 am on the way back home from Disney World. I had the truck towed to Orange GMC and Latonya the service advisor saved the day. So I was able to drive home to Nashville that day and didn’t have to stay over night or fly home. They even went to another dealership 1 hour away to get the parts. This was the best customer service I have ever received. Thanks a million. More

LaTanya and Service Mgr Mike are fantastic! My brand new $75,000 truck with less than 7000 miles on it broke down in Ohio. Wasn’t drivable for nearly 2 of the 6 months I’ve had it. I bought my Sierra 3500 denali in December 2022, at the time I needed a dully, the truck was very nice but with high mileage, the manager assured me that after 6 months I could go back and exchange it for time I needed a dully, the truck was very nice but with high mileage, the manager assured me that after 6 months I could go back and exchange it for another one with less miles or a new one, I did that but they depreciated my car a lot and didn't want to exchange it for a new one, I bought it with high mileage because I trusted the dealership and I was disappointed More

Glynn was really nice. I only marked him a 4 because there was a lack of communication. I only got updates when I reached out for updates. This then caused me to reach out more than expected for an update. At one point there was no communication for over two weeks. Even if there wasn’t a change in the process it would have been nice to receive a touch base call. More
