They took me in without an appointment for an estimate. With the estimate I had my service adviser Latanya order the parts and call me when they arrived. Roger Menn became my new Sales Professional after the passing of my previous professional and Roger's good friend Rod Connole. On Monday morning i received a call from Roger to see what I was looking for. It was obvious Roger had already done his homework because he knew what my needs were and what i was probably looking to buy. Monday afternoon Roger sent me an e-mail with truck that he felt would work for my needs. i was in his office at 2:00 Tuesday afternoon and walking out at 4:00, truck keys in hand. Roger did a great job to know what my want's were before we had ever met, he also knew my Wife Cynthia's name (important thing to know) I assume he got out of file's.
