I visited Orange Buick GMC for research. I had no intention of buying. After browsing a few stickers, Steve approached me. I made it clear that I wasn't going to buy today, yet he still helped me, intention of buying. After browsing a few stickers, Steve approached me. I made it clear that I wasn't going to buy today, yet he still helped me, and gave me even more information than I could have imagined. While he could have found a way end our conversation as there were other people on the lot, he made me feel like I was the only person in the dealership. We sat and talked about why certain options are available on some trim options and not, and found the right combination of trim and options for me. While its too early to tell whether or not Orange Buick GMC will be the dealer I buy from or if they will offer the best price, they are certainly on my short list. Steve made me feel comfortable in my decision. I would certainly feel comfortable buying from him, and based on my time there I would certainly recommend Orange Buick GMC to others! More
I went to Robert Cicero yesterday for my AC, hoping it was just a freon recharge. I have a whole in the condenser, which I was told would cost $816 + tax. The service check alone was $55, too bad I couldn was just a freon recharge. I have a whole in the condenser, which I was told would cost $816 + tax. The service check alone was $55, too bad I couldn't have applied that to the service. A friend went to his trustworthy garage, and they told him the job would only cost $375 + tax. Do the math, that's $441 difference, more than the cost of the initial service! The part itself is only about half that, so Orange Buick GMC is trying to rip you off! Since Saturn's closing I cannot find a dealer whom I trust. I've never been treated more royally, and felt like I was a valued family member as with Saturn. I've been unemployed for some time, and I need to save all the unnecessary expenses I can, just like us all. Guess who won't be coming back? Oh yeah, and I'm out 55 bucks! Hopefully people aren't getting ripped off on cars too, but that can be researched easier. More

This is the seventh or eighth Buick we have owned. We have purchased all of them with Steve as our agent. When we return we ask for Steve because he is friendly, but also knows the cars and now knows us have purchased all of them with Steve as our agent. He goes out of his way to find a suitable vehicle for us and then gives us a detailed orientation with all the new and the remaining features. He is patient with us and makes a strong effort to give or find answers to all our questions. We feel free to discuss all our concerns with him and even to discuss our considerations in front of him. When we get down to the bare knuckle pricing, he usually makes several trips to the higher officers to give consideration to our offers. We know he works for Orange Buick, but we have always come away with the feeling he is working to help us get the best deal available. Our contact with other sales personnel has been limited, but in our casual association, they all seem friendly and considerate. We will not deal with anyone else as long as Steve is there, but if he leaves, we would not hesitate to try someone else. And the service department always takes good care of us. More

My wife had many complimentary things to say about Rudy when she first visited the dealership on Friday for a test drive, by herself. I truly appreciate that he was kind and helpful to her. Not all would be, sadly, in my experience. When we came in to test drive again, and ultimately purchase, on Saturday Rudy patiently went over all of the various options, providing us with many helpful recommendations to consider. In my experience with purchasing cars, most are not as willing to assist to the level Rudy did. All together, our experience on Saturday was nothing less than superb. The Enclave is the first American car that I have ever purchased. Thanks to Rudy, it has been the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car (and, I've purchased many in the past couple of years alone). We were sincerely impressed with Rudy and OrangeBuickGMC, and we look forward to years of enjoying this car and having it serviced at OrangeBuickGMC. One other note, which I should mention, relates to the finance department experience. I simply could not believe how smooth and comfortable an experience we had. Very quick, very informative. Most importantly, no high-pressure sales of add-ons. We were given every option available by the finance department (for add ons), but not pressured into considering them. The effect for me was that I actually did consider them (though, ultimately, I turned them down). In the past, where I've had high pressure attempts to buy all the add-ons (I won't name the dealership names, but they advertise heavily in this area), I simply shut down and just wanted to leave. Quite the opposite effect on Saturday, and I greatly appreciated it. I apologize that I cannot currently remember the gentleman's name who assisted us in finance; but, please tell him thank you as well. He made this the most enjoyable finance experience at any dealership. More

WHEN I ARRIVED HE GREETED ME AND TOOK MY CAR AND DIGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND INFORMED ME MY CAR WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.
