Erin convinced us to check out the new 2011 enclave while we were there since they had no used ones left. Well he truely is a good salesmen,before we knew it we were proud owners and Erin was right,we are so glad he got us into a new one. First of all Leslie was very friendly, we liked that she gave us our time to think and put no pressure, pressure is the worst thing someone could put on you when making an important decision such as a car l gave us our time to think and put no pressure, pressure is the worst thing someone could put on you when making an important decision such as a car loan. Even though our credit has been affected by a recent foreclosure they worked with us (and we worked with them) to be able to finance the car. We needed a more updated car at a monthly payment we could afford and we achieved our goal. Our overall experience was great. We found out about this dealer online, we recommend everyone to shop around online before showing up at a dealer. More
Rod was great! He was very informative and answered any questions that my husband and I had. I brought my Pontiac in for service today to Tom Santiago. I want to thank him for all of his efforts in making me a completely satisfied customer. I had a tire replaced elsewhere earlier in the week, when the mechanic broke my tire monitor sensor. He ignored it never happened there. When I arrived at Orange Buick GMC today, I was treated with nothing but kindness. He showed me exactly what happened and fixed this immediately. He was very prompt with his efforts to complete the work for me. He gave me the best deal around town. I now know to do nothing away from Orange Buick GMC. They know what they are doing and they do it right the first time. Thanks again for all of your efforts Tom. More

Rudy not only gave us a tour of the service department, but gave us the most in depth review of the Acadia possible. Rudy called us on Christmas Eve (during our 12 hour drive to NC) to check in and even answered questions about the car. To our surprise we also received a Christmas Day call wishing us Merry Christmas and then a 3rd call the next week welcoming us home and welcoming any additional questions. He is truly amazing and made this auto purchase the most pleasant possible!! 4-4-2011 Orange Buick GMC Rocks! My 1st oil change today, FREE (for life). Lunch FREE. WIFI FREE. We first called to make surew that there were vehicles to be seen and test drove. Mike was very pleasant on the phone and gave great directions. Car salesman in the industry should take lessons and be required observe Steve's sales philosophy. I entered Orange GMC on Friday in the early afternoon. I had researched the vehicle online and was aware of the vehicle options ad benefits. I mearly wanted to see the selection on the lot (2 specific vehicles from the website) and take a test drive. Steve spent 2 hours with me that day and I had been very clear in my first 5 minutes of speacking with him that I was not planning to make a purchase or at least 30 days. I returned the folling Friday and purcashed an Arcadia. I purchased from Orange Buick because of Steve's pleasant yet very knowledgable sales philopsohy and Ricardo's calm non harrassing approach. At no point was I ever "harrassed" or "talked down to" during my 7 total hours in the dealership. More
