I came in for an oil change. Was told my third (high) brakelight on my denali was out. It would cost "$260.00 just for the part". I declined. When I checked that out at an independent garage, they said the pads were about 50% worn and did not need replacement. TRUST is a five letter word. This shop does not have my trust. It appears to me that the mechanics and service writers are "$quota" motivated to sell you something. More

Although I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, my experience(s) with the Service department has n the highest customer rating possible. I owe this all to Mr. Bill Murdock, whom upon my first visit, requested to be my personal Service Manager. The welcome alone, gained my confidence in allowing my service needs to be accomplished at this establishment. Bill goes above and beyond expectation to ensure that my vehicle is serviced properly and operating at the highest level. He is honest, trustworthy, and has earned my family's utmost respect and friendship. Checkin at Orange Buick was friendly and efficient. The waiting room was pleasant, and we enjoyed an excellent, complimentary lunch while we waited. There was also free coffee and hot chocolate. David is always pleasant and makes sure my truck is done when I need it back. I have been taking my Envoy to this dealerwhere I purchased it for the last 10 years and am very pleased with the service and th when I need it back. I have been taking my Envoy to this dealerwhere I purchased it for the last 10 years and am very pleased with the service and the people who work there. They will only sell you what you really need. I trust them when they tell me I need something done, I will get it done. I get all my oil changes with them eventhough it costs a little more because I trust them to do it right. I was a little saddened to see the program of getting a free oil change after 5 had been discontinued. I thought that was a nice way to say thank you to repeat customers. Thanks for being a great place to bring my vehicle. More
