I brought my Pontiac in for service today to Tom Santiago. I want to thank him for all of his efforts in making me a completely satisfied customer. When I arrived at Orange Buick GMC today, I was treated with nothing but kindness. He showed me exactly what happened and fixed this immediately. He was very prompt with his efforts to complete the work for me. He gave me the best deal around town. I now know to do nothing away from Orange Buick GMC. They know what they are doing and they do it right the first time. Thanks again for all of your efforts Tom. More

We first called to make surew that there were vehicles to be seen and test drove. Mike was very pleasant on the phone and gave great directions. I had researched the vehicle online and was aware of the vehicle options ad benefits. I mearly wanted to see the selection on the lot (2 specific vehicles from the website) and take a test drive. Steve spent 2 hours with me that day and I had been very clear in my first 5 minutes of speacking with him that I was not planning to make a purchase or at least 30 days. I returned the folling Friday and purcashed an Arcadia. I purchased from Orange Buick because of Steve's pleasant yet very knowledgable sales philopsohy and Ricardo's calm non harrassing approach. At no point was I ever "harrassed" or "talked down to" during my 7 total hours in the dealership. More

I visited Orange Buick GMC for research. I had no intention of buying. After browsing a few stickers, Steve approached me. I made it clear that I wasn't going to buy today, yet he still helped me, intention of buying. After browsing a few stickers, Steve approached me. While he could have found a way end our conversation as there were other people on the lot, he made me feel like I was the only person in the dealership. We sat and talked about why certain options are available on some trim options and not, and found the right combination of trim and options for me. While its too early to tell whether or not Orange Buick GMC will be the dealer I buy from or if they will offer the best price, they are certainly on my short list. Steve made me feel comfortable in my decision. I would certainly feel comfortable buying from him, and based on my time there I would certainly recommend Orange Buick GMC to others! More

I went to Robert Cicero yesterday for my AC, hoping it was just a freon recharge. I have a whole in the condenser, which I was told would cost $816 + tax. The service check alone was $55, too bad I couldn was just a freon recharge. I have a whole in the condenser, which I was told would cost $816 + tax. The service check alone was $55, too bad I couldn't have applied that to the service. A friend went to his trustworthy garage, and they told him the job would only cost $375 + tax. Do the math, that's $441 difference, more than the cost of the initial service! The part itself is only about half that, so Orange Buick GMC is trying to rip you off! Since Saturn's closing I cannot find a dealer whom I trust. I've never been treated more royally, and felt like I was a valued family member as with Saturn. I've been unemployed for some time, and I need to save all the unnecessary expenses I can, just like us all. Guess who won't be coming back? Oh yeah, and I'm out 55 bucks! Hopefully people aren't getting ripped off on cars too, but that can be researched easier. More
