I have recevied top notch service from Robert Cicero and from Tom Sanitago. Most recently, Tom Santiago, helped tackle a problem with my automobile. He would not give up until I was satisfied. He always listened to my concern and even brought in the service manager when we seemed stuck. Together we resolved the problem that had been very tricky to figure out. I enjoy the personal approach all the service personnel use. They have always encouraged me to maintain my 2000 model LeSabre rather than try to sell me up. More
Wife's car had bettery die, called AAA to jump or replace the battery. The AAA service person broke the battery tray. Called Robert and he had us in the same day, ordered the part and had it installed by noo the battery. The AAA service person broke the battery tray. I'm a first time buyer and have been to other dealerships prior to coming to Orange Buick, GMC. I could have bought from Carl Black which is 5 miles from my house to replace my Volvo XC90,but looking over t prior to coming to Orange Buick, GMC. I could have bought from Carl Black which is 5 miles from my house to replace my Volvo XC90,but looking over the Orange inventory of trucks and SUVs, Roger Menn, one of the sales representatives was very helpful in assisting my wife and I with a vehicle selection. His indepth knowledge of the product and his patience he showed while we test drove about 3-4 diffrent vehicles was outstanding. I finally made a decision to purchase the Sierra 1500, since an SUV wasn't what we needed and since we needed two cars in the household I purchased the 2012 Buick Verano in which I was very surprised as the quality of the vehicle. I met Steve, one of the sales managers that was very helpful in closing the deal and getting what my wife and I wanted. I also had an opportunity to meet Jake in the service department and Bill Murdock who were very helpful in explaining the car service process. TO THE DEALERSHIP OWNER: All and all, this was a very good transaction, my wife and I are fully satisfied. Even though the price of the vehilces was fair and reasonable, the bottom line for me to come back and continue busieness with your dealership, is Character and Integrity of your personnel. I would strongly recommend that the Owner of the dealership be more hands on with the customer, not once during my transactions did I ever see him/her. More

I was a 1st time customer, was very skepitcal about the going because I've always taken my GMC to Sullivan in Ocala (just moved to the clermont area), My car had transmission problems so I was very concer going because I've always taken my GMC to Sullivan in Ocala (just moved to the clermont area), My car had transmission problems so I was very concerned especially after having Transmission problems that was still under warrenty that i thought was fixed by Sullivan 2 months earlier. Tim Filotei was very nice when i pulled in he looked up the warrenty work that was already done by sullivan. He was very curtous and assured me that they would find out what was wrong. he gave me a loaner, this was all expedited in a very timly manner. All in all I was very impressed with the customer service and actually service on my vehicle. I got my vehicale back within 2 days with mulitple problems resolved!! All-in-all I was very impressed with my service at Orange GMC and will, not just return, but recommend them the family and friends. Thank you Tim for being so very caring and courtious!! I have been a customer of Orange Buick and Sonny King Buick since 1970 when I bought a 1970 Buick Special and four more new Buicks since then. The quality of the service was very good. I was very happy with the price. I was also happy to not be up-sold or twisted into something I did not need. My only complaint was the service technician did not phone me with a report on the vehicle in a timely manner....I dropped the vehicle off at 7:30am and did not speak to the dealership until I phoned at 12:30pm. We went into the dealership just to look and window shop for a GMC truck, but the warm reception and mannerism of the salesperson caused us to be more serious about purchasing a truck on the spot. Andre was very personable and attentive to our needs from the weather outside being extremely warm to the monsoon rains that occurred while trying to test drive the vehicle and transfer all our belongings from the trade in to the newly purchased one. In our 40 years of purchasing vehicles and through 18 or more purchases including a RV and motorcycle, we have never been so pleased with the attention to detail, lack of pressure, thoroughness, consideration and fast processing of the paper work by Sven. We recently relocated from the midwest to Florida and had visiting relatives with us that day, and they too were very impressed. We will share our experience with others and refer this dealership to them. We trust that this is the type of service that we will experience also when having the truck serviced for regular maintenance and repairs. Thanks for the beginning of a new pleasant relationship. It is also refreshing in this 21st century to see that an organization does put the customer's needs first with integrity and professional work ethics.
