I met Roger on Friday February first looking at a used GMC Sierra 2500. I explained to him I was looking for a four door 2500 series work truck. The one I was looking at was an extended cab. He listen to what I had to say instead of pushing me towards another vehicle on the lot. We exchanged cards and he said he would keep and eye out for a good truck. The very next day he called and asked me if I could come down to the dealership and look at a truck that had just been traded in. It was exactly what I was looking for with very low mileage. We agreed on a price and he expedited the transaction. I want to thank Roger for his down to earth, regular guy mentality. It makes for a good buying experience. More

I bought a 2010 Toyota Tundra and needed to bring it back a few days later to have the paint sealant applied to the exterior as well as treatment applied to the interior. I had a couple of concerns which were voiced in my initial review I received. As with most customer satisfaction surveys, I was uncertain as to whether I might receive a response or an attempt to rectify the situation but sure enough, they acknowledged my concerns and went on to exceed my expectations. The guys I dealt with were very accommodating and did what it took to create a great buying experience from start to finish. Hats off to all 3 gentlemen for their individual efforts and desire to be a cut above the rest. I would buy from the dealership again and would have no problem recommending someone accordingly. Despite the long wait we had during the negotiation process on two vechicles, Erin made the experience as pleasant as possible. He spent a great deal of time instructing us on the two cars navigation, audio, and information systems when we picked up the cars the following day. Everything was done as promised. Great job, Erin! Sven, the financial manager, had everything in perfect order when we arrived for the final signing. We were in amd out in no time with all our questions answered. So for us, this was a good experience. We rate this dealership excellent and have already recommended Orange Buick to some of our friends. More
I had to take my car in for two separate issues; a wheel replacement and body work. I was concerned about the cost of a rental car for the days the body work would take. Upon speaking to Thomas Santiago in Service about the wheel replacement, he said to just bring the car to him, he would take it over to the body shop and when they were done he would replace the wheel. I asked him how that would work, he said he would take care of everything. To my surprise that included a loaner car. I think he went above and beyond to assist me, which really saved me time and money in personally renting a car. From day one, the first day I called Orange Buick to inquire about the purchase of a new car, until now...some three months later...I'm still treated like Royalty at this dealership. Everyone is professional, honest and sincere. I would recommend this dealership without reservation. They absolutely understand perfect client relationships...Kudos to the whole team. I am delighted with my new car and the Orange Buick Team that continues to impress me with their superb customer service. Thanks Tom for being a man of your word and so professional. More
