All of there cars are already priced at the best possible deal and you can tell! I was greeted by the sweetest and funniest salesman ever, Steve Williams! Such a delight to have him walk me through the whole buying experience as this was my first time. Over the past weekend I had gone to several dealerships and I'm so glad I turned my back on those and came to Orange Buick GMC! Sven Reiter worked so hard with Steve to get me in to this VW I fell in love with and as close to my budget as they could! I have NO credit under my belt but they got me approved! They worked magic for me and I am forever grateful and will never go to another dealership ever again! This is HOME when it comes to car shopping! Our search for a new Buick had started about one month ago, as most people we were shopping around, for the right car and price...once we decided on Orange Buick we began with Mr. Jason Pike....Jason was ago, as most people we were shopping around, for the right car and price...once we decided on Orange Buick we began with Mr. Jason Pike....Jason was very knowledgeable and has a excellent customer service attitude...in this day and age that is a loss art....once we had agreed on a price and vehicle with Jason we headed out to the dealership....once arriving we were meant by Roger Menn who greeted us with a smile and WELCOME TO ORANGE BUICK GMC....he introduced us to Jason and then Roger handled all the required details from then on....we cannot say enough about Roger and his EXCELLENT customer service...he explained step by step as to how all the paper work would go and then showed us all the ins and outs about the vehicle....Marc in the business office was very friendly and outgoing as he moved right along on the paper work....In closing we would recommend Orange Buick to anybody we know that is looking for a vehicle...They make car buying FUN AND ENJOYABLE Thanks again Jason and Roger.....Steve and Sharon More
I went To Orange Buick with the intentions of purchasing a new vehicle. I specifically went to Steve Williams as I purchased my last vehicle from him, and he was referred to me from My familly, who has purc a new vehicle. He showed me numerous vehicles and spent plenty of time with me. He did not have the exact vehicle I wanted so he told me he would get it in a few days from another dealer. After a few days I called him, he told me to come in and he would work something out. After I get there, the vehicle he tried to put me in was over the budget I wanted to spend, He played with some numbers and tried to make it apppear as it was in the price range. When I get in with the Financing guy they were again way over the budget I had given my self. The Finance guy called Steve back in the office and Steve then told me that he would get something for me in a few days, Due to the fact that he was trying to up grade me for a bigger sale. While I was waiting a few days, I went to Carl Black Buick and was shopping around. Come to find out at Carl Black my credit score was much higher, I got more money for my trade in, half the interest rate, and a better price on the same vehicle. A few weeks later I get the letter from the credit company stating what my credit score really was. MY score matched exactly what Carl Black told me it was. I was amazed that Steve Williams and Orange Buick would flat out Lie about my credit score, and totaly take advantage of me after knowing that my family and myself were loyal customers to the dealership as well as Steve. Do not purchase a vehicle from Orange Buick. Carl Black is a much further drive for me however it saved me several Thousand dollars, it was well worth the trip. More
I brought my car in for a simple 30k mile service and I ended up getting a new car. Both Bill Murdock, in the service center and Steve Williams, salesman, were great to work with. We had a pre approved loan and a car selected. The dealership did not honor the loan because of a fee they had to pay the bank. No fault of ours. I will never do business with a company that claims to accept certain loans from certain lenders for the "free customer" leads they get but do not honor the loans. This is why dealers have a bad reputation for their unscrupulous business practices. They wasted three hours of our day. Don't waste your time here! More

I stopped by Orange Buick GMC on Saturday to see about trading in my old car. I went looking for a specific car but it wasn't there. As I went to leave, my car battery died. Roger Menn saw me sitting outside debating on calling a tow truck or a friend to come jump me and offered to give me a jump instead. After talking for a min about why I was there (he didn't know I was there to buy a car, he thought I was with someone else) we went around and looked at some other cars. He was the nicest and most friendly guy. He showed me some different choices that would fit my price range and what I needed. I ended up buying a car yesterday from Roger. Both he and Marc, the financial manager, were friendly and great to talk to. Every step of the way he was asking my opinion and making sure everything was good with me. If anyone I know ever needs a car, new or used, I'll for sure be recommending they come here. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at a car dealer. More
