I saw my car (2013 Camaro SS) on their website the day after they received it. I was very suprised on how fast it was up and available to look at. My salesman Roger was excellent he was very helpful and w after they received it. I was very suprised on how fast it was up and available to look at. My salesman Roger was excellent he was very helpful and wasn't pushy. My father had just had cataract surgery that morning and when he started to not feel well Roger cared more for his well being than trying to sell me a car. This was very impressive to me and ultimately what made my decision on buying here. The care, quality, and prices the dealership has is truly remarkable and I highly recommend buying here. -Michael More

From initial contact witht the Internet sales rep, I was met and served by Roger Menn. He took me on the test drive, was honest and forthright and professionally addressed all of my concerns and took prompt action to address some issues with the car. Within 24 hours he worked to insure my purchase was painless and timely. I've purchased no less than 10 cars from dealers over the past 20 years and Roger was clearly one of the best and personable salesmen I have dealt with. More

We were in the market for a good used hybrid vehicle, after extensive web searching, we narrowed down our choices and did an internet search for the vehicles considered. My husband contacted Orange's int after extensive web searching, we narrowed down our choices and did an internet search for the vehicles considered. My husband contacted Orange's internet representative and she was helpful and set an appointment, then called to confirm we were going to be able to make our appointment. We were informed ahead of time that another customer from Texas was considering this car, while I thought that was odd, we still made the trip. Upon our arrival, we were greeted and she was helpful and polite. She introduced us to our salesman, Justin, and he took us on a test drive. He showed us the "true pricing" form that showed how much BELOW book value the care was. Then he stated that they had received a "wire money transfer" for the car, which means the CAR WAS SOLD. He showed us their buyers order and our buyers order. Our buyers order showed a $699 "dealer transfer fee" which CLEARLY WAS NOT DISCLOSED OR INCLUDED in their "fair price" form, nor was it on their website. I told the salesman that in the state of Florida, it was illegal to charge a dealer fee without disclosing it in the ADVERTISED PRICE. He was unfamiliar with this concept and questioned me. I pulled up the statute on my phone and showed him. He stated that they could charge it and I said only if it was included in quoted price, not added back in. Therefore, they were in violation of a Florida Statute, he was surprised and went to go discuss this with several other people. Once he returned, he stated that they could indeed charge the fee, because they were bound by law to add in this pure profit "fee". I said yes, but you did not disclose it and therefore, you can add it, but reduce the price of the car by the same amount. He said that since they had purchased this car at auction, they were unable to reduce their fees to cover the cost of the "fee" that should have already been included in the COST of the car. He further stated that he had been informed it was disclosed on their website as fees would be added, weren't included in the advertised price, again, a clear violation of the law. I stated that I would not do business with a company that so flagrantly flaunted the laws of the state of Florida and clearly did not train their salespeople or staff on those laws. Upon returning home, my husband checked the website and the information was not listed. Miraculously, the Texas buyer, as I predicted, did not materialize, and we were contacted to inform us that the car was available. At this point, I had traveled over three hours, incurred the gas costs for said journey, and had dealt with the unscrupulous policies of this company. I spoke with David and informed him of all of this. He stated he understood where I was coming from, but he'd like to make a "SMALL CONCESSION" to making me happy. I informed him that it would require another 3 plus hours of my life to give him the opportunity to correct their mistake, not to mention the additional hours I had sent since then, contacting other dealers. He continued to attempt to placate me, and I gave him the same options that I gave the salesperson while I was on site, as a cash buyer, ready to purchase this car. He kept trying to convince me their policy was fair and I offered to send him the PDF of the statute since he was clearly unfamiliar with the law. I told him that I was willing to pursue all venues to warn other buyers to beware of their practices, since I did not want anyone else to have the same experience as myself. STAY AWAY. More

I was a first time buyer having just moved to Florida fresh out of college on my own when I learned that I just had received a job down here in FL and needed a car. I did a lot of research into dealers i fresh out of college on my own when I learned that I just had received a job down here in FL and needed a car. I did a lot of research into dealers in the area and hoped to be able to find something that was not only in my price range but a reasonable car. I had found many other great deals and service but I thought that Orange Buick had what I needed, and Dave Carter promised a great car. A great price with a seemingly promising group of people......I quickly discovered I was wrong. From the beginning....the car that I was told "had a great review and zero problems" was nothing but a disaster. With little miles, the car had the potential to be a great car if it had been sold off the lot in a reasonable condition. Understanding that a used car will need some work, I began to make little repairs that the car needed...but overtime little repairs quickly turned into a problem a week. I was promised a "great warranty" that was an additional purchase on my car....to quickly find out I purchased quite the scam. When I encountered the first major problem with my car I was told a tow truck would be covered FREE under my warranty.....and then I was told by the towing company...I had to pay 50.00 to cover the additional towing expense. When I called to see if the car could be serviced with Tim Filotei and covered under this "warranty" Tim told me to just "bring the car in" and he could help me. As a young student fresh out of college, I am here in FL on my own, and had NO other forms of transportation. When I brought the car in Tim ushered me along not stopping to explain anything to me or informing me what he could do. When I finally asked him to stop and tell me what he could do...he informed me that he "didnt have the time" to get to the car today or even let me know what was going on. After insisting that I then need to get some form of transportation which I knew was covered under my warranty, he again told me I was too young for a car. After informing him that I knew this was not the case, he then found me a car. After wasting more hours at the dealership he informed me that he didnt even have this part and it would take him days to fix. I then waited hours for the rental car company and left the location at 400 that day. At 530, the car that was supposedly not going to be ready "for days" would miraculously be ready at 8 am the next morning. From that incident, I talked to Mark Anglin about the warranty problems, problems with Tim, problems with having to put at least 100.00+ into my car a week. He apologized and promised that he would look into fixing it and seeing what he could do because he agreed that my car and service should not have been the way it was. After never hearing back I called weeks later and he said he was looking into it and would talk to his "guys". This particular situation occurred every two weeks, and I never actually got an answer. After 3 months of this ongoing promising me money back for the towing, and asking me "what I wanted" in return for terrible service and a poor car....I was tired of having to wait any longer. The final straw? Being told by a mechanic at another shop that my 9 year old car had the original tires on it and should have NEVER been sold with something on it as is. The car had never been detailed upon selling....and I wish I knew who had passed its inspection. When finally trying to get to the bottom of the entire situation I called Pete Petrosky..who quickly confirmed why I NEVER want to return back to Orange Buick GMC. When a company has management like Pete one can quickly understand why the car was "ushered along" the way it was. As an individual that has had tons of experience in customer service, I am appalled at the way in which THIS company runs its business. More
