Never Again We were lured in by Internet pricing. We arrived, and test drove the car. We were ready to purchase until they left us unattended for half an hour and We were lured in by Internet pricing. We arrived, and test drove the car. While this never appeared on the website, they made up a host of reasons why we did not qualify for the listed price online, although this was never mentioned online. May be the most dishonest group I have ever negotiated for the purchase of a car with my entire adult life. More

Buy anything else never a Buick AGAIN!!! Then after about a week with this car (veran) I was convinced to change to the lacrosse which basically just more expensive not any more comfort especially if you have back issues. Also I told them I requested a red one their comment was you will get more tickets what do they care (it was cause they didn't have one on the lot) so I settled for the blue with the crimp on the end of the door which was half A-- fixed and I am still waitingfor the touch up paint they promised me to do it myself. I had this car coated so to safeguard against scratches and future dings. I also have a recall on this lacross but really hate to go back to this dealership ever again so maybe GM could help me out not to travel too far? You see I was happy the first time I purchased my park ave and riveria but will never buy another vehicle at this dealership for how the greed and pushy uncareing place it is . They had us sign paperwork for the wrong truck and blamed their software. We sent over our licenses, registration and insurance in the AM so we could get in and out quickly. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get into Sven's office to sign the (wrong) papers. On-star couldn't be loaded because of another software issue. They sold us car coat sealer but then we saw that on the car window sticker from original dealer. They said "it might not have been applied, and that they wouldn't honor another dealer's treatment. We asked to cancel it in case it was duplicate and especially because they were so unhelpful. We're still waiting for a refund. We've left two messages for the manager who hasn't responded. We would never recommend this dealership as they simply don't care. They spoke about how they wanted a high GM survey score from the minute they met us but haven't done anything to earn more than our total disappointment. More
