STAY AWAY! I inquired about a car for sale. They told me their best price through email. Upon purchasing the vehicle they added $3000 to that purchase price. I inquired about a car for sale. They then said that they would not honor it. This is one of the shadiest businesses I haver ever dealt with. Needless to say, I immediately left and did not want anything to do with this dealer. Even it was a $3000 mistake on the dealer. The dealer should have taken a loss and honored the sale. I spoke to a total of 3 different people during this potential sale. No ethics and completely dishonest. STAY AWAY for your own good. More

Customer experience, what is that? I came here looking for a new car. I was looking for the most technology I could get in a car. Having owned GM vehicle all my life before switching to an import car a few years back I decided it was time to give domestic vehicles another look. Orange reminded me why I changed really quickly. I set an appointment through Natasha to look at a Buick Verano. Natasha and another nice lady called twice and confirmed my 12:00 appointment with Mr Matos as late as 10:00 on Saturday morning. Upon arriving at the dealership at 12:03 for our appointment I was told by the nice lady at the front desk "Mr Matos does not have time for you". Then a salesman came over and asked us why we were there (wait I had an appointment to look at a Verano with confidence package) when I answered his question he proceeded to tell me he did not think they had one. Again wait, Natasha told me they had one and I drove 30 miles to make my appointment on time to see it. We felt ( I brought my wife ) very under valued and left. We went to Sport Subaru and drove home in a new Subaru. I did not even feel valued enough to even look at the product. Save time skip the Orange Buick step in the process. With showroom car built in August of 2015 it is obvious they do not sell them when they are fresh. More

Proud customer I have been coming to Orange Buick for over 20 years. I have never purchased a car from them as they did not have what I wanted. However I have purchased Buick's and have them serviced only at this dealership. I am treated like a family member. Sure I have had long times to get my car fixed. The reason that I go here in I want the crew to find something wrong with my car or my wife's. They have saved the life of my wife on their safety issue. Notice-They do not make false claim on needed repair. Always bee truthful to me. The last time I was looking for a car,, the had a bunch with "moon roof's" and I did not want that. The dealership facilities were great with a huge TV and kid area to keep my 4 and 7 year old busy. No hassle, no rush (even though another family was waiting behind us to buy the same truck - they drove from Tallahassee and I was not told this until the deal was done so as not to pressure me). They gave me exactly what I asked for my trade and the finance terms I wanted...literally everything I asked for they gave me without argument or push back. Would buy from there again without hesitation. More
