Working with Andre Fredrick was a great experience and I would recommend that anyone visiting Orange Buick GMC in Orlando, FL looking to purchase a new car ask for Andre. He is very personable and friendly and only needs to know what you want. Very definitelyt not the stereotypical car salesman. Additionally I've been taking my Buicks to Orange Buick for all of their service for many years and their service advisors and technicians are top notch. More

Excellent & courteous service Steve not only helped us look at several cars, to help us better narrow our search, he did it in a positive, informative and courteous manner. When it came time for us to leave, we realized our children had left the movie on in our current car which had drained our battery. Steve was quick to bring around a car and give us a jump start. This kind of customer service is hard to find, but due to our positive experience today, we will be back and gladly recommend this dealership and namely Steve to any of our friends and family. More

Great Customer Service I had the opportunity to trade in my car for a Buick. I started coming to Orange Buick Robert C. In service dept always took care of me. I am so I'm p I had the opportunity to trade in my car for a Buick. I started coming to Orange Buick Robert C. In service dept always took care of me. I am so I'm pressed with him, to where it is hard to have anyone else assist me. Then it really blew my mind when I came in Friday late 2/16/2016 to have service rep service my car per appointment. There was a gentleman that assisted me. His name is Mike. He not only asked me what the problem was with my car. I proceeded to tell him. Young man Mike worked on it his self. Now keep in mind I was late getting there. This young man impressed me so much that I had tears in my eyes, because I was so thankful. I realized you still have wonderful people in this big world. Outstanding Service and Professionalism I had a great experience buying my car at Orange GMC. Came into the dealer looking for a pre-owned vehicle on a Saturday. After giving Mike Sweeney a I had a great experience buying my car at Orange GMC. Came into the dealer looking for a pre-owned vehicle on a Saturday. After giving Mike Sweeney a search criteria he showed me a few cars that met the search criteria and my interest. That night I did my research on a Ford Taurus Limited they had and decided to go for it. On Sunday I went back to the dealer and told Oscar what vehicle I wanted to purchase. He took great care of me as a customer. Oscar game me a final "out the door" price, I took the car for a ride, and discussed financing options. At the end I've left the dealer with a great car, for a amazing price and very low interest rate. More
