Started to feel comfortable pretty quick and the whole process took around 2 hours from test drive to having the keys for myself. I’d comeback for sure someday to go for a new car with them. More

Quick and complete I scheduled my appointment for 7 am, right when the service center opened and got in right away. I was offered a car wash too, which was nice. Tom Santiago was my service representative he did a great job as always. I called him the day before and he got me a scheduled appointment at the time I requested. Later that evening I got 2 reminder emails regarding my appointment the next day. When I arrived he was his friendly self and answered some questions regarding future service I was thinking about and got me taken care of right away and when finished asked me if I wanted to apply some of my earned discounts toward the payment. The service at Orange Buick has always been good and I have been going there for years. But Tom seems to go the extra mile in getting you taken care of, including fixing some things on the inside of the vehicle himself a couple of times with no extra charge.
