When I pulled in, the outside desk person asked a couple of questions, I answered him and it just so happened that the person we needed to see for the job was in sight. He called her over with her tool in hand and she got right to it. The whole operation took about ten minutes or less and I was out. Didn`t even have to go into the office! Not all of my experiences have been this fast, nor have all been tens, but most have been pleasurable. The lounge area with a big screen tv is comfortable, the lunch area along with a complimentary lunch and tv, and a wi-fi room for your laptop and tablet use is great. Thanks, Orange Buick Mr. H.
