False information (Edit: Dealer going to correct) We purchased a used vehicle there and they told us there was no warranty left so they sold us on an 3rd party extended warranty. We were taking delivery the next day and was going to pay our down payment that day as well. They had already funded it, even before our deposit, and would not cancel the warranty. Come to find out there is still a factory warranty remaining on the vehicle. Also, they use Auto Check. I would recommend getting them to supply you with a CarFax report as well. It shows things the Auto Check did not. This post is more about the finance manager and Sales manager. Our salesman Matt was fine. Got a call on 6/19 that dealer is going to remedy this issue with us and change the loan to reflect no extended warranty and reducing our monthly payment. Will update again if it falls through. More

I made an appointment with service and appeared prior to my scheduled time as I had only the battery and not the vehicle. Mr. Rolon greeted me and assessed my situation and with the kind assistance of Mr. Santiago, collected my discharged battery, had it tested, and replaced it from stock.
