Appreciate that Mike took the time to ride with me to investigate a "bump"/ "hesitation" in the transmission at low speeds. He was very informative during the entire test drive and recommended that I switch the transmission to "2 Wheel High" as my standard in lieu of the "Auto 4 Wheel Drive" that my salesman set it to when I picked the vehicle up. It would have been nice if somebody had mentioned that transmission setting recommendation during an earlier visit. I now have 45,000 miles on the truck and could have been reaping those benefits for a great deal of time. More
