No communication, slow service Very hard to reach anyone in service. Ever. They offer a number to text with them while my car is with them, but they never ever check the texts, so n Very hard to reach anyone in service. Ever. I rented a car for 3 days and left the rental at GMC because they assured me they would alert Enterprise to pick it up that day. They did not, and I got billed for 2 extra days. Another time they had my car from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, only to tell me they needed to order a part and would not be doing anything, and that I should come get the car and bring it back when the part comes in. Of course I’d tried to reach them all day with no answer. I had to find Uber during rush hour. New service guy Glenn is only good one there. Ask for him. More
