I visited Orange Buick GMC to get an oil change and tire rotation while visiting my son from out of town. Working with Ms. Sanchez was pleasant however after taking receipt of my vehicle I noticed that the rotation while visiting my son from out of town. Working with Ms. Sanchez was pleasant however after taking receipt of my vehicle I noticed that the ride was different. After checking the info dash it showed that my tires were over inflated to 42, 41, 40, and 41 psi's and the oil change life had not been reset. I had to find a Tire store to have them deflate my tires to my normal 35 psi for all tires. Over inflated tires could have placed me in a situation to have a blowout driving 4 hours back home. More

Super easy to schedule a service appointment. Had a great waiting room with access to the TV remote to pick whatever I desired. I was disappointed to hear how expensive my car repairs were, but the first service advisor, Dennis Richards, worked with my extended warranty company to get the most coverage he could.
