Super easy to schedule a service appointment. Had a great waiting room with access to the TV remote to pick whatever I desired. I was disappointed to hear how expensive my car repairs were, but the first service advisor, Dennis Richards, worked with my extended warranty company to get the most coverage he could. He also kept up com were, but the first service advisor, Dennis Richards, worked with my extended warranty company to get the most coverage he could. He also kept up communication with me to update me on the repair status. LaTanya then took over as my service advisor, and she was great. She also communicated with me, and made my check-out and follow-up process as painless as possible. The Orange Buick facility is also first class. Great experience! More
