We fought it, my husband had to go back into the office to speak to a manager - the price difference was $190 - which we still have not received a refund for. We also noticed MULTIPLE small dents in the driver door after we had the paint protecting clear coat applied. My husband has called four different times, left four messages and has yet to receive a return phone call. If I could give zero stars I would. Incredibly disappointed. Will never bring EITHER of our GMCs here again. They have lost a customer for life and I will be sure to tell anyone else who will listen or ask to never go to this location. More

Additionally, the windows of the car after being washed should also be automatically be squeegeed dry once the car has been washed instead of being asked if you want to have them done after it has been washed. The service writer as well as the person who washed the car were extremely courteous and professional. The lounge area is certainly not appealing and lack of atmosphere, disappointing and compared to other dealerships lounge areas that offer a more inviting service lounge area for the customers to wait until the service to their car has been completed.. When she got transfered I'm so glad that her replacement is as pleasant and nice like her. That person is Bill Murdoch And I have been a very happy and satisfied customer. I've gained 2 friends. Perfect experience here. As a woman, with little car knowledge, I was concerned I'd be pushed into buying something I didn't want, be given a bad deal, or just plain feel uncomfortable. None of those things happened at Orange Buick GMC. Ian was awesome! I did a lot of research on the SUV I wanted and Ian helped me with any concerns. Not to mention I ended up with a lower monthly payment than I expected and I am working with the credit union I wanted to from the start of my search. Santiago was out fiance guy. He fit us in right before closing and helped us get everything done quickly, since we had our two year old with us when we came back to sign. Great place! Go here! More

I was told by someone that they probably did not change the filter anyway, because they are supposed to give you the old part they took out to the customer for proof. I was also told it would be an hour, but it turned out to be 2 hrs. More
