I only saw the one Receptionist wearing a mask and couple others in another Dept - no requirement for staff to wear them nor for customers coming in. I realize masks are not a cure, but it does help to slow the spread and in public places where people have to spend a considerable amount of time in a closed room with multiple otherss it would be nice to see more attention to disinfecting and slowing potential spread of the virus being taken. As with most things, it requires a strong Leadership/management team and Humanity to realize "you are now your brother's keeper" - the fewer people who contract the virus the smaller the chances are you personally can contract it. More

The only downfall was the limited knowledge they had on the specific vehicle we were buying, but this was mostly due to the fact that we were not purchasing a Buick or a GMC. More
