My advisor never took my extended warranty information down when I went to pick my car up and give the information for my warranty I was told this will take hours to approve and may not even get approved down when I went to pick my car up and give the information for my warranty I was told this will take hours to approve and may not even get approved because the work was already completed and couldn't take my vehicle home until I paid in full so for this reason I'm out $1500 terrible customer service I will not be returning to this dealership for any kind of service also was told the part was not in stock I dropped my car off on Friday wasn't able to pick it up until the following Monday this is the second disappointment with this dealership I took my car for a simple oil change the tech failed to tighten the oil filter More

Robert is great and immediately took care of the issue of our oil leaking which was caused by the oil change lane. He had Tim the mechanic fix it. Tim is wonderful and we only like when he takes car of our our oil leaking which was caused by the oil change lane. He had Tim the mechanic fix it. If I could give no stars I would. I took the Truck in for a System Emission Error under warrenty. The technician called and said I need a fuel filter replaced and two batteries replac I took the Truck in for a System Emission Error under warrenty. The technician called and said I need a fuel filter replaced and two batteries replaced. When I told them I had changed the fuel filter myself, they said well the light was on, when I told them to show me video, they said "Oh it was not on, we just assumed" - Then on the batteries, the GMC On-Star report and the Inspection Reports showed the voltage was fine. BUT they insisted that both batteries needed to be replaced and said that the Tech just forgot to uncheck the box on the inspection report. Then they tested the batteries and said - Oh one is about to fail, so I should replace it - So they replaced it AND GUESS WHAT - It did not fix the "System Emission Error" I was receiving. SO, the did a system update and that fixed the problem. THEY LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER - Fortunately, my father was a mechanic and I knew to call them out on their laziness and lies. More
