I took my car on 5/17 to have a noise that I kept hearing in the back tired and a oil change, as I was leaving the noise was still there, I had to return back with my car and was told it was my front axel an in the back tired and a oil change, as I was leaving the noise was still there, I had to return back with my car and was told it was my front axel and that they do not have the equipment to take of the problem, I was advised to go to Honda, per Honda it is a broken back break bracket that was rubbing against the tire, I don’t believe that anyone truly checked my car after spending 4 hours waiting in the service department, my service rep. Was very nice and friendly but the mechanic that took care of my car did not care about my business More

While salesman Jonathan Santana was GREAT, a HORRIBLE experience with the "finance" person who had me sign (without reading or understanding) a "warranty" extension for nearly $5,000 additional dollars, experience with the "finance" person who had me sign (without reading or understanding) a "warranty" extension for nearly $5,000 additional dollars, which Thank God I noticed reading the finance agreement the next day, called, returned to dealership and CANCELLED it all - which he did nicely & expeditiously.
