I will be sending a formal letter to the General Manger this week, but overall, with the amount I am paying for my lease and the type of SUV/Truck I have, I expect much better customer service. At this point, I would not sign a new lease or recommend Orange Buick GMC to any of my friends or family. I will send formal letter this week. More

I was pleased with the service except for one thing: I had to make three trips to the dealership. First: (expected) to identify the problem.
