Before you buy the car all is perfect! But after you sign the paper and don't read (because you trust them) then you receive a punch after read careful! That was terrible! $7k was about a lot of benefits that Rob told me would give me for free, but it wasn't free and this $7k already included on financial proposal before they asked if I wanted.. just after 3 months the bank received the check they "returned" this $7k paying to the bank. After I signed the papers was impossible to receive response mainly from Rob, he just disappears right after he has the deal completed! Other $2,000 he added to the car price telling because GM Financial denied and Capital One accepted and the offer was exclusive to GM Bank only. But today I see my car is with gm Financial, not capital one, so that fake discount is just to attract you to store. All details on screenshots attached. From fake offer to final price paid. Really bad service just after you leave from their door! I will never refer this dealer! More

Just leased a new 2021 Canyon Elevation and the process was wonderful! My salesperson Jay was absolutely great and got me a killer deal! Service Advisers appear to not speak to each other, when one is off no one tracks his vehicles that are in service. I was not told my vehicle needed a battery nor was their online system updated. Two hour one is off no one tracks his vehicles that are in service. I was not told my vehicle needed a battery nor was their online system updated. Two hours before they closed I had to drive down to see what the problem was with the vehicle I left for service the afternoon before. This is not their normal operation and I find it very disappointing. More
