I came to pick up my car yesterday and it was not properly repaired. Apparently, the wrong part for the year of my car was ordered. The car was detailed and presumably passed other quality inspection properly repaired. Apparently, the wrong part for the year of my car was ordered. The car was detailed and presumably passed other quality inspections, but no one noticed that the bumper was not securely fitted to the body of the car. It was a total inconvenience and I honestly do not have faith in the workmanship of this repair shop. The staff was nice and helpful, but the work was shoddy. More

My issue was a quick fix, but they were busy when I came in and I was told it would be 1.5 hours. My customer service rep, Glenn, told me he's try to get it done quicker and he did. I was in and out in 30 m in and I was told it would be 1.5 hours. My customer service rep, Glenn, told me he's try to get it done quicker and he did. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Trying to juggle service with priority and also getting people in and out makes a big difference to the customer. More

Even though the customer service was good, I had to wait about a month to get my car fixed. After spending $3000 I had to bring my car back because it said my engine was running hot. Luckily, I didn't have about a month to get my car fixed. After spending $3000 I had to bring my car back because it said my engine was running hot.
