Great experience at Orange Buick GMC from start until finish. I was dreading the process of dealing with a salesperson or being hassled by a finance manager to purchase something I was not interested in finish. I was dreading the process of dealing with a salesperson or being hassled by a finance manager to purchase something I was not interested in or not within my budget . I had no such issues with our salesman, Andre. He was professional and listened to my needs and my request. He made the process so smooth, that it’s been two days and I’m still in shock that buying a car could be a stress free process. Andre was thee very best and if you’re headed to Orange Buick GMC ask only for him and you will not regret it! More

My service advisor kept me informed but what was written as my complaint wasn’t true. Online and in person I said there was no air blowing through the vents even with the AC off and he wrote that I said it as my complaint wasn’t true. Online and in person I said there was no air blowing through the vents even with the AC off and he wrote that I said it was blowing warm air. I checked the prices of OEM parts and you guys are charging double, not to mention the high labor cost. There were no loaner cars, no rentals and the closet place to rent a car, the airport, was outside your courtesy Lyft driving range. I’ve only ever owned GM vehicles but I’m calling xxxxxxxx on this visit. More
