In the past I have generally had good experiences with this dealership. However on my last visit, which was by appointment, I was told my oil change and resistol reapplication would take 3 to 3.5 hours to this dealership. However on my last visit, which was by appointment, I was told my oil change and resistol reapplication would take 3 to 3.5 hours tops. My car wasn’t ready until 8 hours later and this was despite encountering any complications or unforeseen problems with the vehicle. I had planned on waiting but then had to incur the expense of an Uber to get home because i couldn’t sit there any longer and I was “out of range” for their drop off service. Very disappointing experience. More

Robert is rude and disrespectful. He is often condescending and unwilling to listen. The techs gave back the car with out cleaning up after themselves or putting the car back together He is often condescending and unwilling to listen.
