I bought a new gmc denali 1500, within the first 12 months I had serious issues with the truck. 1) The tail gate kept opening by itself. 2) the truck blew a turbo within the first year. The service months I had serious issues with the truck. 1) The tail gate kept opening by itself. 2) the truck blew a turbo within the first year. The service department is horrible at this dealership, it took 3 weeks to get my truck back. The check engine light kept coming on after the repair and i had to return the truck to the lousy service department 3 times regarding this repair that was not done correctly. 7 months later the truck blew anothr turbo. The dealership had my truck for 16 days and they kept telling me that they did not know what was wrong with my truck even though I told them it was the turbo. This truck has been out of service a total of 61 days in the first 24 months. Neither the dealership or GM is willing to help me out and trade me out of this lemon. The service manager Mike Richardson should be fired, he has zero customer service skills and has refused to return my call from day 1. Jason Pike the general manager promised to give support then ghosted me. in my opinion the doors should be closed on this dealership. More

The dealer added a paint-and-carpet package that I did not ask for or want. It wasnt part of the deal and not on the sticker, just an $800 bill. In December 2024, I purchased a new Buick envision it was a gray car and the customer service at the dealership with the GM, Jason the finance manager Jason and Maren helped on the other end at the desk. Again I went back last week and traded in my envision and got a brand new Yukon. The customer service was just as good if not better and they are just the sweetest kindest people and the dealership is always very clean and they have made the car by process for the second time easy. The website showed a selling price of $61,624 OTD, while their worksheet listed $60,300 pre-tax, and they never itemized or explained the $4,074 difference between discount and manufacturer rebates. Even their “government fees” appeared inflated and unexplained compared with typical Florida DMV charges. When we compared prices statewide, it became clear their offer was far above market. Dealers across Florida are routinely selling comparable vehicles, same model, trim, and options, for thousands less, often with clearer disclosure of rebates and requirements. We asked direct, simple questions by email to clarify the discrepancies, but instead of straightforward answers, we were met with vague replies and pressure to “talk by phone,” a common sales tactic used to avoid leaving a paper trail. Consumers deserve accuracy and transparency in writing, not evasive communication. If you’re shopping for a Buick, check other Florida dealers first. You’ll find better pricing, clearer paperwork, and far more transparency elsewhere in my opinion. More
