Arrogant and Condescending Sales Team Mike V Michael Vurchio gave me for an inquiry i made for an AMG vehicle at Open Road Mercedes. He left me a message and when I called him back he was only in Michael Vurchio gave me for an inquiry i made for an AMG vehicle at Open Road Mercedes. He left me a message and when I called him back he was only interested in speaking about how I was going to buy the car instead of answering my questions about the car. I was asking about packages and features when he condescendingly gave me attitude concerning the car. Instead of being unsure or being respectful he arrogantly kept saying that feature isn't an option. I spoke to him after the incident and copied his boss and the GM on the email and he very disrespectfully said "I'm sorry you feel that way". Management and Sales are extremely unwelcoming and disrespectful, STAY AWAY! More
