"BY FAR", this has been the most satisfying, simple and pleasant buying experience, of all my vehicle purchases. First I met with Mr. Nick Elkashab, my salesperson. Who took the time to answer all my questions, concerning my needs and wants with a new vehicle. Polite and patient with me, as we went through the model and option choices. After I made my final decision on which Chevrolet truck to purchase. I was introduced to Mr. Anthony Izzo, the sales manager. Mr Izzo, also took the time to explain to me, the entire process of finalizing my purchase. Explaining to me, all of my options available as far as financing and or leasing my new vehicle. He could not have been more helpful, patient or nicer to me, in answering all of my questions. Making sure that I understood the buying procedure, from start to finish. Now that I made my truck purchase decision, I was introduced to Mr. Tom Johnson, the Finance & Leasing manager. Again, I must repeat myself in saying. Mr. Johnson took all the time needed, to make me comfortable in explaining to me, the final sales paperwork needed. And also the many available options on, in my case financing my purchase of my new Chevrolet Silverado. I could go on and on. Expressing my SATISFACTION with MULTI CHEVROLET. I went into the dealership for a simple oil change and came home with a new car. Although l still had a few months remaining on my lease Micheal was able to quickly convince me that now was the time for came home with a new car.
