I originally stopped by this dealership to purchase a new tail light bulb that had blown out on my BMW X5 and after a quick purchase and installation, my wife and I took a walk into the show room. After a few minutes of looking around, I was greeted by Agata Grzebyk (client advisor). Agata was wonderful! We had no appointment but we wanted to test drive a new BMW X5 and/or and X6. Agata was very helpful and brought both cars out for a test drive. We truly enjoyed our road experience and after a few hours, we ended up purchasing an X6. Our garage now has a new addition and we are truly pleased with the professionalism and buying experience of everyone at BMW of Roxbury but most of all from Agata Grzebyk.
