I went in to service my previous Acura vehicle (2009 TSX Lease) and an opportunity was offered to me that I could not refuse. While the paperwork was completed I was asked if I needed anything( beverages, etc..) and they made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The vehicle was given to me in excellent condition and all my questions about the vehicle was properly answered. I was also taught about the major highlights the vehicle has and how to operate them. After a very poor experience with the General Manager of the Acura dealer on Rt 22 who was rude and obnoxious during our visit, John and Ralph were a significant upgrade in personality and professionalism. The store and showroom are also first class. You feel like you're in a place that cares about you. They're totally recreating the consumer perception of the car dealership.
