Sam the sales person kicked us out of the car while we were test driving it. However sueann helped me purchase the car i wanted. However, she didnt fully explain the car to me To make matters worse, were test driving it. However sueann helped me purchase the car i wanted. However, she didnt fully explain the car to me To make matters worse, i paid cash for the car and i recieved a title with a lien on it. When i spoke to sueann about this she said someone would call me by the end of the day. I did not receive a phone call. I called them several times and no one got back to me I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and new jersey consumer affairs. More

BEWARE. ITS A SCAM DEALERSHIP. At 1pm I called for a new RDX that was featured on their website. Spoke to Ajala, sales rep, and she told me it's available an ITS A SCAM DEALERSHIP. At 1pm I called for a new RDX that was featured on their website. Spoke to Ajala, sales rep, and she told me it's available and to come down. It was for my 75 year old uncle. My uncle and aunt drove an hour to the dealership. Ajala didn't come to meet them. Another sales rep came and said the car is not available as there is a deposit on it from morning and they should buy the one which was $12k more. If the car had a deposit on it since morning, why would Ajala ask them to stop by at 1pm. Spoke to the manager, Rich, and he was of no help, he rather justified the scam. PLEASE BEWARE. THIS DEALERSHIP IS JUST IN PRACTICE OF SCAMMING BUYERS PROMISING THEM THE CAR AND WHEN THEY COME TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY SWITCH AND BAIT THE BUYERS WITH A HIGHER PRICE CAR. More

I worked with Dominick C and it was an excellent experience. Dominick went above and beyond what I would expect from a salesperson to get our deal done. His transparency, openness,and access to reco experience. Dominick went above and beyond what I would expect from a salesperson to get our deal done. His transparency, openness,and access to records is something I have not seen at other dealerships. When I had a question regarding the car and parts, he quickly had his service department put it on the lift and walk me through the master technicians review. I'm terms of price, although we were initially far apart, he did his best to come to a mutually agreeable number. I was even given a list of vehicles within 100 miles as a comparison so that I knew I was getting a great price. Communication was perfect and extremely quick. Acura of new Brunswick is definitely a dealer that I would recommend for anyone looking for transparent pricing and excellent service. More
